Megachip F90 M5 Splash Guards are precision engineered to provide OEM-level fitment and functional protection for the BMW F90 M5. Developed entirely in-house, the Megachip team performed detailed 3D scanning of the F90 chassis to ensure exact contour matching and mounting alignment. Rapid prototyping and repeated test fitting allowed refinement of every edge and mounting point before final production.

Unlike universal flat mud flaps, these guards are shaped specifically around the F90 M5’s aggressive body lines. The outer edge features a contoured profile that integrates naturally with the factory aero, maintaining a clean OEM+ appearance while delivering meaningful protection against road debris.

Constructed from durable, ultra-flexible rubber, the guards are designed to withstand temperature changes and daily driving conditions without cracking or warping. Rear guards incorporate an integrated bracket mounting system, ensuring secure installation without drilling or permanent vehicle modification. The design also works seamlessly on vehicles with or without paint protection film applied.
