Windshield Seal

A windshield seal is the rubber or urethane material that secures the windshield to the vehicle body, keeping out water, air, and debris while also reducing wind noise and helping maintain structural integrity. Over time, exposure to sun, weather, and vibration can cause the seal to deteriorate.

Windshield Seal Failure Symptoms

• Water or air leaks – moisture intrusion or whistling wind noise at speed.
• Visible wear – cracking, shrinking, or separation of the seal.
• Compromised safety – loose or poorly secured windshield, sometimes with interior fogging from trapped moisture.
