REMOVE THE BOTTLENECK
Ford’s stock 3.5 Ecoboost turbo adapters are critical exhaust restriction points that suffocate your turbos. We opened the small 52.60mm diameter and increased it to a massive 66.33mm, the absolute physical maximum size the footprint allows. This offers a minimum 50.4% increase in area over stock, removing all exhaust flow restrictions on both the factory and even the large hybrid turbos, including the popular Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 Turbochargers.

The factory studs are single-use trash that strip and seize easily. We solved this headache for good with our proprietary stud design that features integrated 14mm hex heads, so you can drive them in (and out) with a simple socket. Never struggle again.

Xodus turbo adapters include our own perfectly matched oversized gaskets, providing a mechanical (and clean) exhaust seal. Other aftermarket designs that seal with messy RTV silicone can lead to improper seals, blowouts, and annoying maintenance.

REAL EGT DATA, ZERO FABRICATION
Monitoring real-time exhaust temps on your 3.5L Ecoboost used to mean drilling, tapping, and welding to install sensors. We integrated the first and only EGT sensor port directly into the turbo adapter casting for a bolt-on sensor solution. Just remove the included plug and thread your 4” long x 1/16 NPT EGT probe to add easy temperature monitoring during heavy towing and high-performance builds.
