Every Whipple supercharger pulley is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in black anodizing for long-term wear and environmental protection. The grooved rib design helps maintain belt engagement, while the engraved running diameter makes identification easier during setup and service.

Whipple machines lightweight pockets into each pulley to help reduce rotating mass and incorporates a guard feature to help control unwanted belt wandering during aggressive use. The result is a high-quality pulley built for the demands of Whipple supercharger drive systems.

Pulley changes are a proven way to adjust supercharger speed, which can affect boost and overall power potential on properly matched combinations. As a general rule of thumb, every .125" of pulley change can alter boost by roughly 1 psi, though actual results will vary based on the application, belt system, supporting components, and calibration.
