Drain Plug Opening Sequence:

  • Loosen and Remove Oil Drain Plug from Oil Reservoir Line - Replace Seal (N-013-812-8) and Tighten Oil Drain Plug
  • Loosen and Remove Oil Drain Plug from Sealing Flange - Replace Seal (N-013-806-3) and Tighten Oil Drain Plug
  • Loosen and Remove Oil Drain Plug from Oil Pump (Lower) - Replace Seal (N-013-811-5) and Tighten Oil Drain Plug
  • Loosen and Remove Oil Drain Plug from Oil Pump (Side) - Replace Seal (N-013-811-5) and Tighten Oil Drain Plug
  • Loosen and Remove Oil Drain Plug from Oil Cooler - Replace Seal (N-013-815-7) and Tighten Oil Drain Plug

Torque Specification(s):

  • Oil Reservoir Line Drain Plug - N-106-379-01 - 10 Nm
  • Sealing Flange Drain Plug - N-911-194-01 - 12 Nm
  • Oil Pump (Lower) Drain Plug - N-016-024-3 - 10 Nm
  • Oil Pump (Side) Drain Plug - N-016-024-3 - 10 Nm
  • Oil Cooler Drain Plug - N-029-701-4 - 22 Nm

Filling Procedure

  • Fill the Oil Reservoir with 7L of Engine Oil.
  • Start the engine and let it idle for about 30 seconds.
  • Fill an additional 1.3L of Engine Oil in the Oil Reservoir.
  • Verify Engine Oil Level via MMI after 2 minutes of idle, verifying Oil Temperature is between 100° to 110° and the vehicle has been turned off for an additional 2 minutes. Ensure the vehicle is on level ground while checking oil levels.
