Heater Core Firewall Block Off Plates - F30, F80, F32, F82

Pre-cut plates to block off the firewall holes when deleting the heater core on F22 2-series, F87 M2, F30 3-series, F80 M3, F32 4-series, and F82 M4.

Deleting your HVAC system leaves holes in the firewall where the air intake and coolant lines were routed. These two aluminum panels are sized and shaped to block off the holes on the driver and passenger side of the firewall. In addition to the fire-blocking purpose, the panel also helps to seal out fumes and other gases that can make their way from  the engine bay into the cabin.

These panels are precision cut to match the irregular-shaped holes in the firewall. You can re-use the existing hardware on each. Silicone sealant should also be used between firewall and panel to improve the seal.
