E46 oil pan with oil pickup baffled pre-welded by our shop.

The E46 Oil Pan Baffle allows oil to flow one way only - towards your pump pickup. This lets you to do less overfilling of the oil just to maintain pressure, and that keeps excess oil off the crank, which frees up more power. In hard driving conditions with high lateral G loads, the engine oil can collect away from the pickup, leaving your engine running at less than optimum oil pressure. This can cause irreversible damage and reduce your engine service life. This product is highly recommended for all E46s that see track use and simply a MUST for E46 models that live on the track.

A refundable $200.00 core charge applies to this purchase and is included in the price shown above. We need your original usable oil pan back. Please note:

• We strongly encourage you to pack it well for shipping to ensure it arrives to us undamaged and without delay. This includes fully draining the old oil, a basic cleaning, and bagging/wrapping the pan to avoid problems during transit. Don't put an oily pan in a box - UPS/Fed Ex will take issue with you on that.
• The core piece you return must match the part you received in terms of fitment, type, and application. Damaged or modified cores will not receive a refund.
• A core charge can only be refunded once the core has been cleaned, inspected, and meets all of the above criteria.
